Mark Dee (Retired USAF.)
President & Chief Executive Officer
Magellan Solutions USA launched under the visionary leadership of Mark A. K. Dee, Chief Executive Officer - a consultant and service provider for healthcare administrative support, IT development, energy, call center, and business process outsourcing. Mark has served in various multi-level management positions in his 21 years of service in the United States Air Force (USAF). He performed as Immunology and Microbiology department manager, Medical Laboratory Assistant Director, Facility and Security Manager, and finally retiring in the military in 2008 as Superintendent/COO of a 129 personnel medical support squadron. Mark has experiences in the services industries since he retired, including running a restaurant chain as the CEO. He has also developed other businesses in the martial arts studio and 3d-printing industries. He has a BS in Health Sciences and Hospital Administration, Board Certified in Clinical Laboratory Sciences, Graduated in the Senior Executive Leadership School from the USAF, Masters in Business Administration, and a Master’s of Science in Systems Management at Notre Dame de Namur University.
Sr. Vice President, Operations (Contact/Customer Care & BPO Services)
Fred is the SVP of Operations at Magellan Solutions USA (MSUSA) and Director and co-founder of Magellan Solutions Outsourcing (MSOI) in the Philippines. Prior to establishing MSOI, Fred was supervisor at eTelecare International, a company employing nearly 5,000 agents among 3 contact centers in the United States and the Philippines and one of the pioneers of the offshore BPO solutions industry in the Philippines. Fred is highly experienced in business development, including launching the first 3d-printing mainstream retail services in Manila, now in 2 major malls in Asia and soon in the US. Fred has a BS in Electronics and Communications Engineering in the University of the Philippines with specialization in robotics, microcontrollers and microprocessors.
Sr. Vice President, Organizational Development & Compliance
Stacey joins Magellan Solutions USA as the SVP, Organizational Development & Compliance. She was brought into this role to facilitate and manage current and future contracts within the organization.
Prior to this role, Stacey served at several organizations designing and delivering successful programs in training, team building, diversity, communications, customer service, sales, change management, project management, performance management as well as many other topics. Her work has always been focused on meeting strategic goals of the organization within the health care and call center industries. Stacey has a Master of Arts in Organizational Management with a special focus in Public Administration from Ashford University. Her undergraduate degree is a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration from Ashford University as well.
Director, Staffing & Organizational Development
Kevin joins Magellan Solutions USA as the Director of Staffing and Organizational Development. Kevin is an executive search consultant with 20 year experience with retained, contingency and contract searches. Kevin will be facilitating the pursuit and management of staffing contracts on behalf of Magellan. He is able to call upon his vast work experience which includes sales, customer service, programming and recruiting. This experience allows him to better match candidates with client needs. Kevin acts as a principal of Beyond-Search Inc., an executive search and representation company. Prior to this role Kevin had experience as an IT consultant developing software, providing technical support and working with startup Internet Service Providers (ISPs). He was also a financial analyst for Hughes Space and Communications and an Industrial Engineer for Westinghouse Corporation. Kevin has a Masters of Business Administration from the University of California Los Angeles. His undergraduate degree is a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University.
Sr. Vice President, Energy Solutions
James Liu is an Entrepreneur who is dedicated to energy efficiency and making a positive impact on the community. He has over 10 years of experience in the environmental and energy industries and is well versed in project management, energy and water efficiency practices, smart meter monitoring, demand response generation, and renewable energy. He is the founder, CFO, and COO of getExp, specializing in custom big data systems, and is the co-founder and Chairman of Pinetree Energy Council, a 501(c)3 dedicated to improving energy and environmental efficiency for businesses and educating minority-owned businesses about the benefits of becoming more energy efficient. He is also a founder and Managing Partner of Davis Innovators, a start-up advisory firm offering promising ventures at early stages a variety of services, from fundraising to talent planning to market strategy development. James earned his master's degrees in Electrical Engineering from UCLA and MBA from UC Davis.
Xerxes Hammond (USAF Veteran)
Sr. Vice President, Contracting & Business Intelligence Officer
Xerxes Hammond is SVP of Contracting and Business Intelligence of Magellan Solutions USA (MSUSA), with responsibility for data management, data conversion, and information deliverable's to customers across MSUSA and/or external partners. Xerxes is a critical key person for MSUSA's ability to design high quality proposal writing and convert it to successful business development outcomes. Prior to joining MSUSA, he served as a Senior Technical Writer, Instructor, and a Project Manager for multiple US Air Force contracts, he served honorably after 25 years of service. He has gained extensive contract experience while working as the Pharmacy Supply Chain Manager with $75M in annual pharmacy contracts. Xerxes brings valuable interpersonal skill set to MSUSA, from his vast itinerant traveling background and experiences. Xerxes holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration from University of Phoenix.
Sr. Vice President, Public Relations & Social Media
Daniel Vo joined Magellan Solutions USA in 2014 and is currently serving as the Social Media and Public Relations. He has an extensive knowledge in social media and establishing mutually beneficial partnerships and relationships with users, vendors, and service providers. His role involves managing emails and social media platforms such as Facebook, WordPress, Linkedin, etc. to identify the target audience and provide the strategic marketing to an organization. Along with social media, he also manages social events for executive teams, coordinating logistics, and scheduling of events worldwide. Daniel graduated with his B.B.A in Marketing 13′ at Pacific Union College and completed his M.S in Systems Management 14′ at Notre Dame de Namur University.
His hobbies include traveling, being on the beach, hiking, cave diving, cross-fit, and cooking. He also enjoys hanging out with his dog, Buddy the Golden Retriever.
